when it becomes unnecessary....

I'm a bit (actually is VERY) upset with what he had done to us.
We can actually predict when he is going to take MC or leave.
Just within a short period of 2 months, he had taken at least 4 days MC and 2 days leave?

Why cant he take good care of himself?
How come he always falls sick when there is big issue happening around and need his decision?
We need someone that is strong and able to take care of us but not someone that always disappear when he is needed..
ha...
In fact, with or without him, life still carry on.... and we are surviving.
Does it mean "not necessary" or "reduntance"?
